Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept Returns.
Return Period:
- within 7 days of delivery.
Criteria for Return :
- The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same state as when it was received.
- Products labeled as “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is either defective or incorrect.
User may initiate the request for return of the Product if:
- Product is damaged;
- Both the Product and shipping package have been damaged;
- Product is defective;
- The Product is of poor quality;
- Parts of the Product is missing;
- The Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on the Site; or
- You are dissatisfied with the quality of purchased Product due to size issue, fit issue, colour issue, manufacturing defects, shrinkage in fabric, colour bleeding
- The User may request a refund of the money that was paid for the product when submitting a return request; however, the User must present a copy of the original invoice at the time of the return request.
- You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt. In case we find that the returned Products does not meet the criteria mentioned, we reserve the right to reject the return Products and refuse refunds in relation thereof.
- You acknowledge that we won’t accept any product returns:
- If you ordered the incorrect product model, color, or item;
- If the product is one of the non-returnable items;
- If you did not file a complaint or seek a return within the previously specified Return Period.
- Items on the website that are “Made to Order.” Any damage to the product that results from incorrect wear or storage, from you or a third party altering or changing the product, or from a decrease in value due to other causes will not be regarded as a quality issue. Any choice we make in this area will be final and enforceable.
